Steve was injured Jan 8th after a bike and car run benefit he organized for a scholarship fund in the name of a friend of theirs (band). He is home but fairly disabled at this point. He has had multiple surgeries for compound fractured leg, pelvis reconstruct, foot, hand and nose/eye injuries.As of Sunday he will be pretty much at home alone ( Plano area ) Will need help with basic servicesA $15.00 Donation at the door will be asked. WW Fairfields is granting us the door and a portion of the bar. Music supplied by Randy Hopper, Randy Allen, Chip Campbell, Maren Morris, Becca Dalrymple, Rusty Wier, Ed Burleson, Tommy Alverson, Billy Joe Shaver and many others in attendance. There will be a merchandise auction, a 50/50 raffle, food for donations by Hard Core Chili and friends. Also, the Kinky Friedman Campaign people may be in attendance.You know we all love these guys, so for them and the heart of Texas Music, we encourage everybody to pitch in and support this event. All comers welcome, all donations accepted. Deb Thompson (with Ed Burleson) and Walker Creek Productions is spear heading this event with help from Mike Tolle, Tina and Scott and Sally Moore.
