Cooder Graw & Jack Ingram 1-13-06

My evening started out in a rush...as usual. I got home @ 6:00 PM and had to be there by 8...well, I didn't "have to" but I was meeting Sister K and my Cousin D there and did not want to be cussed out for being late when I got there by Cousin D...she's like that. I got there around 8:30 and found them easily over by the merch booth. The place was crowded to be so early and I needed a drink....immediately...a long stressful day at work does that to me. Cooder Graw hit the stage not too long after I had been there and as usual, a good show. I talked briefly to Nick afterwards and he told me he was leaving Cooder Graw for ____ _____...looks like I won't be seeing Nick anymore...boohoo! Anyway, Sister K & I had a shot of Jager with him and told him good luck, best wishes...all the stuff. I saw lots of people there that night that I knew from around town and such and had a great time socializing...I don't do that, generally...must've been the beer and Jager combo. When Jack hit the stage, the crowd went wild...I think I did, too. A lot of the fans that were there that night were obviously new to Jack. I think it had to do with all of the hype from KILT, the local radio station that now plays Jack's music since he's signed with Toby Keith's label. Someone please explain this to me in simple terms...thanks. I'm almost for certain it has something to do with "Nashvegas" but don't understand it or Houston radio. Anyway, Jack was great that night and I've found out (actually reminded) that for some strange reason I'm obsessed with Chris Masterson. Not in a stalking kind of way...more of a damn, that fucking guy rocks!!!!!
